Shelley also has worked in film and TV for the last 15 years as a hair and makeup artist and has been the resident beauty therapist for actors on location.
Shelley's unique signature go to facial massage is the French Finger Walking Facial Massage which focuses on lifting, sculpting, lymph and fluid drainage and releasing fascia tension (connective tissue that dehydrates and clumps instead of being smooth) through mild myofascial massage this improves tired muscles, smooths fine and advanced lines and reduces puffiness from lymph build up. Shelley includes this massage in all her facials where facial massage is required, she also uses other massage techniques such as Buccal and Kobido to create deeper more driven and specific results.
Even though massage is Shelley's main and favourite delivery method to get results, she uses a specific French Roller, Facial Cupping, Gua Sha plus a small selection of electrical equipment to create long lasting results on the strong muscles where a little more pressure is required to release tension, tighten skin and to also deliver vital nutrients the cells.
